There
is one place, one center, in our being, which is the center of all communications.
If everyone turns to that point, we will be in touch with each other
from inside.

Certain
kinds of things in the material kingdom will affect us more or less.
Therefore, the food we take also affects us mentally, bodily, also spiritually,
and this has been proved since time immemorial.

We
are not the body, we are not the human beings that we think we are;
we are Wisdom, we are love, we are extreme holiness.

True
happiness is not offered by the high positions of the world, by the
knowledge that we gain from books or from society, or from the possessions
that we have. True happiness can only come with self-realization, with
enlightenment.

Since
early times, we have called those beings "Masters" who are
able to use their own potential fully. That's why the world of the Masters
is a world of perfect wisdom, virtue, and eternal beauty as compared
to our world. To become a Master in this sense is within the reach of
all of us. The people in so-called "paradise" use a great
part of this power. It is through this power that they are even able
to turn their environment into paradise. The more they use this power,
the higher the level of the paradise.

If
we are truly honest within ourselves and want to improve or train our
sensitivity to the suffering and happiness of others as well as to our
own purity and well being, we must always be vigilant.

Always,
always, be attentive; otherwise, it's easy to just pass a day, pass
two days, pass three days, pass your whole life in self-illusion, in
bad habits, and not get into a higher level of consciousness, not be
able to understand the deeper meaning of spiritual life.
