In my meditation the day before the Celestial Jewelry exhibition, the
same
bracelet was displayed before me; this time it was amidst the
vast, boundless uni-
verse. The golden bracelet transformed itself into
a very long golden track. On the
track, myriad twinkling planets lined
up in an orderly fashion, one after another. Master
accompanied me to
visit the immense starry sea. The journey enlightened me more, and
the
experience was incredible! Each one of the diamonds inlaid in the
bracelet represented
a strikingly beautiful, self-radiating planet. A
golden track, like a traffic network, en-
circled and revolved around
the planets tightly. This golden track symbolizes the inti-
mate
brotherhood of the universe that can never be severed.
Master brought the Truth from the spiritual world into our material
existence,
allowing me to understand the real meaning why She
designed the S.M. Celestial
Jewelry -- it was because "we are all
one". She reminds me that the wisdom
of our true Self is like a
diamond, forever brilliant and shining. The heart
longing for the
Truth must be firm and stable. In handling matters of the
world, we
have to be like the quality of gold, flexible, pure and
tender. Then
we can flow harmoniously and be connected in
any situation.

A while ago, I had a hard time finding a job; I wondered why I was not able to find even a simple job, considering all my work experiences. Later, I reluctantly accepted an offer to teach an evening class for those who wanted to take supplementary courses. After taking this job, one day I took the opportunity to go and meditate at the meditation center. During my meditation, suddenly I was enlightened; the long time depressing knot in my heart was finally untied. Invisibly I got a revelation: "I will give love to others and take good care of those around me." That same day happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday. I was thinking to myself that I was all alone, away from my family. In past years, some fellow practitioners always lovingly gave me some "zong zi" (a pyramidal shaped dumpling made of glutinous rice wrapped in bamboo leaves, usually eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival) to eat, but this year it seemed unlikely that I would have such good fortune. Unexpectedly, as I was leaving the meditation center, a sister initiate on guard duty stopped me and gave me a "zong zi". Immediately my heart was filled with warmth; I was deeply touched that Master was so attentive and caring of me -- She even had a "zong zi" ready for me to celebrate the festival. I am so touched by Master's meticulous love and more determined to try hard to put Her teachings into practice. That afternoon, after going back to work, a former colleague of mine who had already left her job, came to visit me. With excitement, she told me that she had a magical, yet vivid dream. In the dream I brought her with me to go to visit Master, and we went to a transparent and shining bright palace. Master happily walked down the long staircase to receive us. She had a graceful bearing and looked as young and beautiful as a girl in her youth. Her hair was long and black; Her lips were rosy; Her skin was snow white and translucent; and Her eyes were big and fathomless. |
Upon hearing her experience, I was deeply shocked -- this from a person who had never known Master before! And yet was able to have such a strong affinity with Her, all just because she used to be the colleague of Her disciple. I immediately gave her a copy of the Supreme Master News magazine I had on hand, wishing that her affinity with Master would soon bear fruit. Another colleague of mine who heard the story with me invited me on that occasion to have dinner with her. During dinner, she asked many questions concerning spiritual practice and meditation. In our conversation, due to the blessings from Master's inspiration, we talked very congenially. Even I myself was surprised to discover that I was able to explain such a string of hows and whys. Instantly, a wave of inexplicable love filled my being, surging tempestuously within me, leaving me shaken for a long time. I left my job soon after. During the period of time that I worked there, in addition to the miraculous incidents of the above mentioned colleagues, another colleague spontaneously decided to keep a vegetarian diet. I came to the sudden understanding that, sometimes temporary difficulties are not necessarily tests; we must always keep our faith and think positively to allow Master to make use of such opportunities to teach us and to enable us to become efficient tools in spreading the message of the Quan Yin Method. If we practiced more diligently, we would be more able to receive Master's invisible messages. Thus, we should be gentle and try to be more open in accepting various situations in life, "adapting ourselves to different circumstances without fear"!¸1 |

After the three-day retreat in Central South America, we organized a
special performance night. The programmes were very good and
interesting; the audience sometimes watched contemplatively and
sometimes laughed loudly. The whole Center was intoxicated in a
beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. This successful performance allowed
me to understand deeply that if anyone sincerely wants to perform for
God, Master and entertain the audience, Master will bless that person
thoroughly.
I was going to sing a song in the programme. On the night of the performance, a wonderful power filled me completely, enabling me to carry off a singing technique that I had never known before. The feeling of longing for the other shore was expressed spontaneously and completely. Fellow practitioners praised that I had sung well. I myself was also surprised at how wonderful I had sung. It looked like God had worked through me to sing this song because I had never known this singing technique before. Thinking back several years ago, in a ceremony of national royalty to the Republic of China organized by the six Central South America countries, I was arranged to sing a solo at the ceremony. The audience was Chinese from all six countries of Central South America. Among the audience were six ambassadors from the Republic of China. Unfortunately, one week before the performance, I caught a very bad flu, coughing non-stop. It was impossible for me to sing, but Master's loving power was working on me although I had not yet been initiated. I could only prayed in my heart, asking Her to help me finish the performance. A wonderful miracle occurred: My voice range was better than usual, louder and clearer! Even I myself could not believe it! |
