One Indian youth was standing in front of the stall staring at Master's big poster. He liked the picture of Master in Indian dress very much. Another Briton was very interested after reading Master's sample booklet. He indicated that he could see that Master is a fully enlightened Master. His own master is a very famous one in India today. This shows that the more one practices the more one can see Master Ching Hai's level.
A graceful English lady had seen Master's pictures in the home of a fellow initiate. At the fair, she loved each one of Master's photo so much she couldn't part with it. She also bought some cassette tapes. Majority of the English practitioners, serious and solemn as they are, after obtaining the sample booklets, would return the next day requesting to contact the London Center. Some requested to learn the Convenient Method, some had questions to be answered and some requested initiation. The number was quite considerable.
When a young female Buddhist saw Master's big poster in Thai royal dress, she suddenly exclaimed: "Who is She? I have seen Her before. She must be a fully enlightened person." At that time, she stood with her eyes closed in front of Master's poster praying. She said, "I can communicate with Her inside. I feel that the real me inside likes Her. She also likes me." After a fellow initiate introduced Master to her, she said she would definitely want to see Master and that from then on she would recite daily 'Namo Ching Hai Wu Shang Shih' She said, "I like Master Ching Hai very much." She left her address before she left. Her friend, after her suggesting, also took the sample booklet and started to recite 'Namo Ching Hai Wu Shang Shih'.
Master's painting 'Enlightened' attracted a lot of people's attention at the fair. Some practitioners saw it and indicated that they very much understood that kind of consciousness. They indicated that they also had similar practice experiences. One fellow initiate felt a very strong response at the wisdom eye after seeing 'Enlightened'. He could not wait for the fair to be over but hurriedly bought and took the painting home. A lady worker at the fair told one of the fellow initiates quietly: "I really like Master Ching Hai very much because She is so beautiful."
Most of the people who attended the fair were very interested in the ever-changing and the many varieties of poses in Master's pictures. They could not believe they were seeing the same person. They also did not know how to describe Master's noble composure and regal bearing. One lady said, "She is like a princess, no, She is the Queen!"
Some Hari Krishna practitioners walked by and coincidentally Master's tape of Her visit to the U.S. Hari Krishna headquarters, meeting their fellow practitioners, was being played. They felt very surprised and stopped to watch the video tape and talked to fellow practitioner about the Quan Yin Method of practice.
The English people believe very much in scientific theories, proof and logic. Many people after obtaining enough information and doing the research, were very much convinced; they came back to contact the Center and even asked for initiation. This only proves that Master's teaching conforms very much to the Western logical view and is up to the requirements of the time, and is the ideal practice method for both the people of the East and the West.

At the exhibition venue, fellow initiates played Master's lecture tapes continuously which attracted a lot of people. During the exhibition, many people came to the stall to watch Master's tapes and at the same time wanted to discuss their mental concerns and feelings with fellow initiates. The response was quite warm. One spiritual practitioner loved Master's big poster very much. He could feel the endless love radiating from Master's eyes. After silently staring at Master's poster for a long, long time he decided to practice the Convenient Method.
One lady, who had been meditating and been vegetarian for many years, often saw the transformation body of 'Quan Yin Bodisattva'. Thus when she first saw the words 'Quan Yin' Method, she began to inquire more about it from fellow initiates. Later she also decided to be initiated. Before she left, she happily told us, "No wonder, the night before I dreamt about Quan Yin Bodisattva. It was a sign that I would meet Master Ching Hai today!"
Because the Quan Yin Method is a method which involves meditation on the inner light and sound, it attracted a lot of interest and inquires. One person who followed other masters and practiced a similar method, brought up a lot of very deep questions to test fellow initiates. After listening to the gentle and detailed answers, he started to believe that the Quan Yin Method is truly good! Also, when fellow initiates questioned him, we realized that we ourselves were very lucky indeed to have been able to follow Master Ching Hai. Because, even though their master taught a similar method, each of them had to be initiated many times. On top of that, they knew nothing about the levels represented by the light and sound. They had to depend on the experienced guide to be able to understand. When the guide thought that they had advanced to a certain level, he would then initiate them the second, the third time. In contrast to that, Master transmits the Method fully at one time to us, we are very lucky indeed!
The exhibition not only provided the spiritual practitioners of the middle United Kingdom the opportunity of getting to know Master and the Quan Yin Method better but also established with the practitioners the correct concept of practice. The Quan Yin Method taught by Master had satisfied their inner longtime quest for spiritual practice and their longing for the Truth.
